Broken Links in man page for r.random.surface in grass 6.5

Links to reference articles for the r.random.surface command are broken. ​http://grass.osgeo.org/grass65/manuals/r.random.surface.html

Not sure if this is fixable unless articles are available elsewhere.

The first has been regularly published (I have updated the citation), two are (still) in Google Cache, one is actually gone.

Perhaps write to C Ehlschlaeger and ask for the files (for the GRASS Web site)?
