wingrass - change commandline to "windows home"

Description

at the moment (wingrass64svn, wingrass65svn, wingrass70svn) wingrass-commandline (msys and cmd) points to the installation directory.

there were some request to change this, i.e. to "windows home".

there are a few possible windows environment variables which could be selected:

(​http://www.vistaonwindows.com/environment_variables.php) 

[...]
%HOMEDRIVE% 	C:
%USERPROFILE% 	C:\Users\{username}
[...]

attached patches for wingrass64svn, wingrass65svn, wingrass70svn to have the command line point to %USERPROFILE%.
