WxGUI should provide visual feedback when adding new db column

Description

When I add an new db column to vector map in Windows, it takes lot's of time and doesn't provide any visual clue that process is ongoing.

WxGUI -> Select vector map -> Show attribute table -> Manage tables -> Fill column name -> ADD. Does it work? Hello? Ahh - it works ;)

WinGRASS-6.4.SVN-r41428-1 on Vista

Here's video displaying how add column works in Windows. Notice, that "ADD" button was already pressed before window went into "Not responding" state.

+1 for providing a visual feedback. maybe for 6.4.1?
