Description
Winnie and debbie were using scripts from https://git.osgeo.org/gitea/postgis/postgis-buildbots.
Makes more sense to just store these in the repo so they can be easily changed by all geos devs.
I've done that - for 3.10 on (master). Don't plan to bother with older branches.
