PostGIS is spitting up blood.

This is not with the overlay turned on. This is without the overlay. I haven't tested with the overlay.

Debbie started coughing up blood and Raul confirmed he has the same issue.

Okay cunit is passing again and as mentioned on IRC, switched debbie to retest PostGIS master after CI of GEOS Master so we catch these issues early.
