No homebrew formula for previous versions

Greetings,
My project started breaking because we are installing geos via homebrew (Max OS) with brew install geos.
This method installs 3.8.0 by default which comes with some breaking changes for us.
I would like to have the possibility to install previous versions and therefore do brew install geos@3.7.3.
Would it be possible to make the formulas available on homebrew?

I think this needs to be re-filed in the brew project.

Not sure; I don't think any GEOS developers are involved with homebrew. If your usage of GEOS is limited and you require complete API stability you may want to consider the C API.
