OverviewMap throws error

Description

Currently

The OverviewMap registers a map "addlayer" event and checks if its resources property (which is an array) contains the resource defines a the "overview".

Issue

It doesn't validate if the resources property exists. Widgets that add generic layers, such as the GeoExtPrintForm print layer, throw errors.
