Description ¶
The AccessFilter is a configuration component that deserves having its own documentation, which is currently inexistant.
Add a topic in the Sphinx doc for that matter.

Add a new "AccessFilter" topic inside the "Architecture and Concept" page. Since there are no unique page for any other type of GeoPrisma config component, this seems like the right place.
