PQSQLMapContextConfig - purge "legacy" samples

Description
The "legacy" property of the PQSQLMapContextConfig is no longer used by anyone. It's a bit late to remove it completely before 1.2, but we could at least purge the samples using it, which are already classified as "deprecated" anyway.
