Measuretool - i18n units

Description
I've noticed that the units aren't translated in the measuretool widget. I'll send a patch to translate them.

Applied in r1261. Thanks for the patch.

Here's the patch, using a simple oject with the untis and the translation and added the FR translation to the configs.
