GeoExtPrintForm - MapScaleLabel issue with Ext 3.3.0

Description
The new org.GeoPrisma.form.MapScaleLabel object doesn't work with Ext.3.3.0, i.e. it throws a js error.

Fixed in r1173, issue was : Ext 3.3.0 doesn't support using the "update" method if element is not rendered.
