DEPRECATED and UNSTABLE files not detected in windows

Description

issue

The DEPRECATED and UNSTABLE files (in widget directories) are not correctly detected in Windows, thus causing the widget lists to be empty.

solution

Simply rename them in lowercase and adjust the documentation building script for the widgets.

Mmm, that didn't solve the issue on geoprisma.org. There's something else going on.
