EditFeature_Split - deprecate the 'splittable' resource option

Description

With the new 'editType' resource option added in #296, it would be possible to deprecate the 'splittable' resource option to be linked to the editfeature_split widget and use 'editable' instead. If a user would want to have the 'split' widget only, he would set an 'editType' option to 'split'.

'editfeature_split' is unstable in 1.0, pushed to 1.2.

Feature editing is not covered by 1.2.
