Add options to set the mapTitleField maxLength and fieldLabel (custom from config)

Fixed in r1114, featuring :

  • new mapTitleFieldLabel option, i18n support : allow overrides of the map title fieldLabel
  • new mapTitleMaxLength option, restrict the # of characters that can be entered for the map title field
  • documentation
  • sample updated to show these new features
