Widget sources using script loader

Description

In some very rare cases, widgets that have script loader files, like the LayerTreeBuilder, simply won't work be cause of the dom manipulation involved.

To solve this issue, we could load the files manually instead.

  • LayerTreeBuilder
  • RedLiningPanel
  • WMSBrowser
  • ZoomTo
