Description
Add WFS service type support for the QueryByRect widget.

Fixed in r1091. A new sample is also available.
Notice : the 'getServiceType' method in the php doesn't return an array value yet since it's not yet supported. The widget works anyway with both services since this method is only used by the PGSQLMapContextConfig driver with the 'needLayer' method.
