WFSFilterBuilder - csv and pdf export, recenter and bug fixes

Description
New features
Add the following features for the WFSFilterBuilder widget :
- documentation (for widget)
- documentation (resource options)
- CSV/PDF buttons to export filter result (using external unsecured scripts)
- add a button to recenter on the feature when it has geometry in wkt returned
- add the possibility to link external forms by using the 'selectorMethod' resource option
Fixe issues
- QueryOnClick should now use fid equal to "feature_type" + "." + id
small potential update
- Currently use a 'wktField' for the recenter feature, but WFS already return the geometry, so we should be using it instead.
