MapFishPrint - Tilecache service without 'staticCache=true' doesn't work

Printing tiles from a 'tilecache' service that doesn't use the 'staticCache=true' option doesn't work. This is a problem that is reproducible outside geoprisma. That happens if you try to create a OpenLayers.Layer.WMS object pointing to the tilecache service. The tile extents created from the mapfishprint module are wrong and always return errors. There's a thread mentioning that on the mapfish users mailing list :

edube mentioned that on one of their server, they didn't have that issue. That means there must be something I've been doing wrong somewhere. So, the OpenLayers.Layer.WMS layers pointing to TileCache are not longuer blocked.

Before closing this ticket, it would be nice to understand what was causing the issue.
