Samples all have a white map in IE

Description
All the samples show blank white map in IE (only). Further searches revealed that the map div had a height of 0px, thus causing the issue.

r999 : only the GeoExt.MapPanel container needed to have layout: 'fit', the MapPanel size or layout doesn't matter.
