Description
The current repository of geoprisma weights more than a gig, which is too big.
The main problems come from the external libraries :
- mapfish-trunk : contains all versions (trunk, all branches, etc) and all modules also. Only ./mapfish-trunk/client/trunk should suffice. The source code of the print module and mapfish server are out of geoprisma scope. We don't include mapserver source code, so why should we include mapfish server ?
- since mapfish already contains geoext and openlayers, we should also remove geoext-core and openlayers-trunk as well
- the presentations in $ROOT/docs should also be removed from svn and put somewhere else, like in the wiki of the trac or something.
Any other ideas of what to remove would be great.

- mapfish-trunk was already lightened in #173 (done).
- the presentations could still be moved from svn to wiki, but since the repository is much less heavy when checkout I'd mark this one as 'duplicate'.
