Refactoring GeoNetwork into smaller projects for Maven build
Modules that should be split out of the current source tree:
- gast.jar (-> into a separate tool)
- csw-client.jar (-> into a separate tool)
- csw-common.jar
- oaimph-lib.jar
- mef.jar (read and write mef files)
- intermap.jar
- geonetwork.jar (everything else)
