Metadata formatter remove resource after first call

Description
In a formatter add a main.css file for example and call the resource twice with http://localhost:8081/geonetwork/srv/eng/metadata.formatter.resource?id=formatterId&fname=/main.css
- the first call return the file
- the second not (the file has been removed)
