Build / server.prop not filtered by maven

Description
Currently server.prop is only updated when building the installer. GeoNetwork is looking for webapp version in this file on startup. Use maven for filtering server.prop on build.

https://github.com/ktoso/maven-git-commit-id-plugin/ could maybe be used to retrieve git information.
