WFS GetFeature Harvester: when updating subtemplates, title in Metadata table in database is not updated

Description

The title field in the metadata table for subtemplate records holds a description of the subtemplate content. This description is shown in the directory interface when the subtemplate is selected/searched for. The WFS GetFeature response harvester writes a value for this field when creating a subtemplate but the value is not updated in subsequent updates.
