Description
If terms/concepts from a thesaurus are going to be added to a record then the thesaurus title *must* capture the version of the thesaurus that contains those terms/concepts. This info can be captured in the edition/CharacterString section of the thesaurus name.

If terms/concepts from a thesaurus are going to be added to a record then the thesaurus name citation *must* capture the version of the thesaurus that contains those terms/concepts. This info can be captured in the edition/CharacterString section of the thesaurus name citation.
