Description
Removal of EX_Extent/geographicElement/EX_BoundingPolygon not done cleanly - XML tag remains causes validation error as 'EX_BoundingPolygon' must contain 'polygon' (could use <gmd:polygon gco:nilReason="XXX"> or drop 'EX_BoundingPolygon' from XML
