Description
CI_Citation/otherCitationDetails resets to gmx:FileName, should be a gco:CharacterString a) fails validation as is (contains illegal FileName characters) b) should be a gco:CharacterString to allow user input

Moved thesaurus download link to gmd:identifier section of thesaurusName citation (which is injected anyway :))
