Description

  1. On windows 7, check/validation against XSDs fails with reference to a missing file in the iso19135 schema (a path to srv.xsd)
  1. Schematron rule messages for schemas in schema plugins dir not shown

  1. strangely this was due to references in the iso19135 schema to the srv namespace and inclusion of a file that didn't exist in the oasis catalog for iso19135 - fix was to remove these references to srv as this is not needed in 19135 (broken only on windows I think)
  1. changes for three letter language codes had not been propagated to schematron rule building ant script

Fixed in svn commits 9186, 9187, 9188
