Capability to not use the proxy for some harvesting nodes

Description
It would be great to enable some harvesting nodes to not use the proxy. It would be useful for harvesting local and external catalogues at the same time without having to disable manually and temporarily the proxy configuration in the system configuration page.
This could be done by adding a checkbox in the harvesting node configuration page or by adding a list of filtered urls in the system configuration page.
