Add details about service software and version in the "System Information" screen

Description
It would be nice to know the name and version of the servlet service that is being used to serve GN and GeoServer in the "System Information" presentation page. For example,
Selecting System Information in the Administration interface lists all the current system information as well as something like:
"Service information: Tomcat version 6.0.18"
