Adding formattor to harvesting interface

Jesse Eichar has added the Custom Metadata Display functionality. It would be nice to be able to add an XSL that can be used to present in HTML metadata that has been harvested. Selecting this XSL from a remote site during the configuration of the harvester would be very desirable.

IE. Add to the harvesting configuration interface the ability to select an XSL for HTML presentation of the harvested metadata. The XSL could be at a remote URL or locally available. The XSL should be stored locally for fast HTML presentation of the harvested metadata. If the XSL is located at a URL it should be downloaded at the beginning of the harvesting process in case the XSL has changed at the remote web site.
