Thesaurus term/concept picker enhancements

• Thesaurus id used as name in thesaurus picker for thesauri generated from registers is not useful.Contains uuid of register record, should be an option (as in the interface for fragment directories) to list thesauri by title as well as id

• Keyword/concept layout is alphabetical only. Add option to display hierarchy from broadest to narrowest - use a tree view widget to achieve this.
