GUI cannot handle quotes in multilingual fields in 'CSW Server Configuration'

Description

When storing a value containing a quote in one of the multilingual fields (title, abstract, fees or access constraints) in the CSW Server configuration, saving the configuration and going back to the 'CSW Server Configuration', all multilingual fields are empty again.
