GeoNetwork harvester / add remote category settings and MEF full format support

Category ¶

Add an option to set categories based on remote node information. If the remote category exists locally, set the category for the record (same behavior as a MEF import). Categories selected in the admin is also added for each records for backward compatibility. Non existing category are not imported.

MEF Full format ¶

Add an option to use MEF full format instead of partial. This allows to retrieve private resources if authorized (ie. download is set for the user account used for harvesting). If full format is used, then links are updated to point to local node instead of the remote one.
