2.6.3 database thinks its 2.6.2

Description
The database (both mckoi and oracle) created for a new install of 2.6.3 thinks that it is 2.6.2 (that's the version in the "settings"). The "migration" script that is auto-run every time I start geoserver (because I'm using an "outdated database" doesn't update this to 2.6.3 either.
I recall this happening once or twice with the 2.6.0 pre-releases - may I suggest using some sort of checklist before a release to confirm that all version numbers are updated.
