CSW / Add all registered schemas in outputSchema parameter

Description
Currently only dc and iso record are supported for CSW outputs.
Example : add http://www.isotc211.org/2005/gfc for iso19110
This could probably be addressed after the pluggable profil proposal (#314) to be able to add all loaded schema target namespace in the GetCapabilities outputSchema parameter (eg. http://bluenet3.antcrc.utas.edu.au/mcp or http://www.cnig.gouv.fr/2005/fra).
Results which are returned by the query but does not provide a mapping to the outputSchema are not returned (like now when you request dc record in iso output).
