Exported Zip file anomoly

Description
I exported a metadata template as a zip file. The resulting zip-file has an anomaly which may be as a result of the way its created or it may be a Windows thing.
Attached is a screenshot of the root-directory of the zip. The top-left window is using Window's own zip utility, and the bottom right is 7zip. As you can see, for some reason windows thinks there's a empty file in the directory with the same name as the folder with the metadata. When I extract the .zip, the 0 byte file doesn't get created.

IRC meeting discussion : 277 is an issue when we open the zip file with windwos utility. so maybe our way to create the zip file is not the best one for windows utility but as long as the empty file is not created extracting the zip, it's not an issue
One is created for each directory/datapiece it seems.
