Scroll-bar appearing when probably shouldn't

Description
See attached screenshot. The horizontal scroll-bar shown there appears in Opera 10.60 (but not firefox 3.6 or IE 7) when the user clicks the "actions on selection" box. When the mini-drop-down is closed, the scroll-bar disappears again.

It seems the scroll-bar was just a sympton of a more serious bug. I can confirm there's no scrollbar any more in Opera, but when looking into the csv export bug I noticed Firefox had more options on the "actions on selection" menu than Opera.
It turns out that the reason for the scrollbar was because some of the options in opera are mis-aligned. See the screenshot newer.jpg - I had to pan the entire browser window right to see them.
