JCS 1.3 has an issue that prevents the XLink cache being saved when the application shuts down. This may mean that the cache gets out of sync with the Lucene index - can be manually worked around by running 'Rebuild XLinks' from System Admin menu when starting up. JCS 1.4 has a fix for this bug but 1.4 is still in development.
Still required: a scheduled rebuild interface for System Config menu (only need to copy all the same stuff used for the Lucene optimizer)
