CSW harverting only supports 2.0.2 servers

Description
Harvesting from CSW servers versions 2.0.0 and 2.0.1 is not supported correctly as fixed 2.0.2 version is used for request, instead of using the greatest supported version retrieved from Capabilities document.
Modify to use the greatest version number supported by the harvested server.
