ISO19139 / Improve support of ISO extended elements

Description

Add support for ISO extended element references by type (using isoType attribute). Both syntax should be supported:

  • <sdn:SDN_DataIdentification gco:isoType="MD_DataIdentification_Type">
  • <sdn:SDN_DataIdentification gco:isoType="gmd:MD_DataIdentification">
