For those of you who have custom plugin, you should get the new process from the schema plugin template (​https://github.com/geonetwork/schema-plugins/tree/master/iso19139.xyz/process) to make the relation manager working properly. They should work as far as you don't have to many extended element (eg. MD_DataIdentification extension is handled properly).
