Description
http://localhost:8080/geonetwork/robots.txt should redirect to http://localhost:8080/geonetwork/srv/eng/robots.txt but rewrite rule does not work and redirect to: http://localhost:8080/geonetwork/srv/eng/login.form

I would say that we need to add /srv/eng/robots.txt to the config-security-mapping.xml file
