New UI - Display default pointer in search results, except for links/actions (display hand pointer)

Description
When hovering in any section of search results the mouse pointer is displayed as a hand.
Change to display the hand pointer only in links/actions and default pointer in the rest of sections: abstract, keywords, etc.
