Description ¶
Some users require the webapp to be in readonly mode. That was done in http://trac.osgeo.org/geonetwork/wiki/proposals/GeoNetworkDataDir but in master branch xml/schemas is populated on startup to publish xsds to public area.
Proposal: Move them to the resource folder (like logos, statistics images, ...)
