Description
Delete thesaurus doesn't remove the record from database.
This causes that can't be created a new thesaurus with same same of a deleted thesaurus.

Set milestone to 2.8.0 RC2 as it is also commited to 2.8.x branch. Commit cb537a9011d1b47cd9fbcb49441e2e265d53e7ed
