Description

Some schemas use update-fixed-info.xsl to set schemaLocation/noNamespaceSchemaLocation hint. The content of the hint is available in schema-ident.xml file but is not made available to update-fixed-info.xsl - this means that the content has to be repeated. Fix is to make the hint available to update-fixed-info.xsl in the /root/env xpath.
