Description
Add download and dynamic information in metadata datastore to be used in template if needed.

With that commit, using 2.8.0 and the sample dataset, the widgets UI shows two duplicated download icons for each file attached for a metadata (basins.zip and phy.zip for example).
Template.js should be fixed to not show two icons, or the improvement from #1107 should be backported to 2.8.x
