Popup disclaimer for commercial layers on demo is annoying

Description
When a commercial layer is selected on the demo site a popup is displayed for every map interaction (pan, zoom etc). I find this somewhat annoying.
possible alternatives to consider:
1) only show the popup once when a user switches commercial layers.
2) show the popup in a location other than the center of the screen.
