Change WFS-T display or configuration in demo

Both the distributed demo and the running demos have a WFS-T configured to a non-existent/functional WFS-T. This is convenient as an example of how to configure it, however, it makes it look like the demo doesn't work.

We discussed changing it so that the WFS-T functionality is not enabled/displayed on website demo and distributed demo, unless we can find a kindly WFS project to allow us to also use their WFS-T they have in the wild.
